The OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard on vaccination and testing was officially filed in the Office of the Federal Register commencing today, November 4, 2021, according to OSHA. The new OSHA ETS is effective immediately upon its publication in the Federal Register tomorrow. Employers of 100+ employees must comply with most ETS requirements within 30 days of publication or by December 5, 2021, and with testing requirements within 60 days of publication or by January 4, 2022.
