The Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a Human Resource Manager to be a leader in our growing law firm.  Candidates with a HR background and business mindset are preferred. Qualification requirements: a four-year degree, exceptional team building, coaching, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, goal setting, and motivational skills.  Must be experienced with Microsoft Office, be high tech, and adhere to the firm’s strict confidentiality rules.  Candidate will maintain the Firm’s positive culture and empower employees.  HR Manager will uphold a work environment that is appealing to new team members and is difficult for current team members to leave. 

This is a full time position working Monday through Friday.  Some travel required.  The Firm has offices in Sioux City, IA, Spencer, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, and Fargo, ND.  Competitive pay.  Goosmann Law Firm provides a family friendly flexible working environment, health insurance, 401k, flex medical benefits plan, and Paid Time Off.  We are merit based.  We are looking to fill this position as soon as we find an ideal candidate.
