Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Stefan Szwarc has joined the firm at their Sioux Falls, South Dakota location. Szwarc works closely with professionals to build and help them understand their estate and business documents to ensure they get the optimal results they want. Szwarc enjoys helping his clients succeed by analyzing their problems to develop a strategy and guiding them to an effective solution.

Szwarc has over five years of experience at organizations of various sizes. In addition to his law practice, he has three years of experience working as a Wealth Advisor and Financial Planner, which supplements his depth of knowledge and quality understanding of estate planning. His areas of practice include real estate, business law, and trust and estate planning.

Szwarc received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from Augustana College. He is on the diplomat committee for the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. Szwarc is also an active board member for The Compass Center, a local nonprofit organization. Szwarc is licensed to practice in South Dakota.
