The Goosmann Law Firm is pleased to announce that Omaha Partner Andrew W. Simpson has become an equity owner at the firm joining Omaha Managing Partner Joel Carney and majority owner and CEO Jeana Goosmann. As Partner and equity owner, Simpson leads the firm’s Business Transactions and Real Estate Practice Departments. He joined the firm in May of 2019 and became Partner in February of 2020. Simpson has over 15 years of experience and has been involved in multi-million dollar transactions and developments in the area.

Simpson’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and transactions, land use law, municipal corporations, entity formation and governance, residential and commercial construction, commercial litigation, and estate planning. He received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, his Master’s in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Science from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Prior to practicing law, Simpson was a biologist in the University of Nebraska system. Simpson is licensed to practice in Nebraska.
