Lowe is a business and commercial real estate attorney who provides strategic counsel to companies of all sizes as chief legal officer, including contract negotiations, audit and internal operations, intellectual property, employment law, and commercial real estate deals. She also represents physicians and other professionals in all matters, including complex contract negotiations and disputes.  

Lowe has worked with businesses and professionals over the years as executive advisor, general counsel, defender, litigator, and strategist. Lowe leverages her former litigation, transaction, and in-house experience to provide clients with the total legal package and make deals happen.

Lowe received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors, from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Summit Stakeholders Committee and Commercial Real Estate Women. Lowe is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Nebraska and Iowa.
