As a litigation attorney, Emily Maurice brings a tenacious attitude and non-traditional approach to zealously advocate for her clients. Whether it be in the courtroom, handling an HR issue, or helping a client through a divorce or custody dispute, Maurice works tirelessly to provide a tailored response to each issue. Maurice received her undergraduate degree from Augustana College and Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law. Maurice is licensed to practice in South Dakota and focuses her practice on litigation, employment, divorce and custody.
