Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that long-time Sioux City Attorney, Jeffrey T. Myers, has joined their team at their Sioux City, Iowa law firm location.
Myers has been a sole practitioner since 1974, previously associated with Hutchison, Myers, Eckert & Vohs. He brings with him his long-time Paralegal Mary Beller, who has worked with him since 2003.
Myers has been practicing law in Sioux City for almost 45 years and focuses in corporate and business law, estate planning and probate, and commercial and residential real estate. Throughout his legal career Myers has been a prosecutor, a judicial magistrate, and business litigator.
Myers works closely with CEO’s and business owners in effectively handling the multitude of issues they face in today’s business industry. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and spends much of his time helping veterans and clients with their estate planning and probate needs. As a third-generation attorney with extensive experience, Myers brings numerous “war stories” and successes to the Goosmann Law Firm.

Myers received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and undergraduate from the University of South Dakota. He is an avid supporter of the Stars Handicap Riding Program and Jackson Recovery Center, as well as former President of the Sioux City Cosmopolitan Club, McCook Lake Izaak Walton League of America, and McCook Lake Recreation Association. Myers is licensed to practice in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Paralegal Mary Beller graduated from the National Academy of Paralegal Studies and attained her certification as a legal assistant from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1990 and has over 40 years of experience.
