Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys at the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska location - Kelsey Heino, Carter Lowman, and Adam J. Kost.

Kelsey Heino joins Goosmann Law as a Complex Litigation Attorney. Her focused practice areas are commercial and employment litigation. Heino works with companies, individuals, high liability professionals, banks, finance companies, credit card processors, health care providers and staffing agencies through disputes to protect their name and money. Prior to law school, she worked for years as a claims professional for Berkshire Hathaway giving her extensive experience in negotiating complex issues. Heino received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and bachelor’s degree in History from Iowa State University. Heino is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.

Carter Lowman joins the firm as an Estate Planning Attorney. Lowman creates estate plans for individuals and families who want to ensure their loved ones are provided for in any event. From those starting a family to those seeking to ensure their legacy, he works with clients to create estate plans tailored to their specific needs. Prior to law school, Lowman was a teacher and has since founded a K-8 school in Omaha that offers a classical curriculum. His unique background as a teacher allows him to connect with families and truly understand their needs. Lowman received his Juris Doctor at Creighton University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska.

Adam J. Kost joins Goosmann as a Litigation, Family and Divorce Attorney who helps his clients find clarity in uncertain times. Whether seeking a divorce, remedies against a former spouse, or ways to best provide for your children, he is passionate about helping families find the right solution for their individual needs. Kost received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Government/International Affairs from Augustana University. Kost is licensed to practice in Nebraska.
