The Goosmann Law Firm is taking precautions to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of its employees, clients, friends, and family. Effective Thursday, March 19th, our team will begin working remotely.  All three of Goosmann Law Firm's locations in Sioux City, Iowa, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Omaha, Nebraska will be physically closed indefinitely as a precautionary measure to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) within our communities and homes. We will communicate when our operations plan to move back to each of our physical locations.

Goosmann Law Firm continues to remain OPEN VIRTUALLY as our entire team is currently working remotely from home over the regular office hours (8am to 5pm).

How To Reach Us.

We will continue to keep up with the pace of business and will be providing the same quality level of service. All phone lines will be operating and you can reach any team member through email or phone. All contact information is listed on our Attorney and Staff pages on our website. We have implemented our Rapid Response Team of attorneys who are ready 24/7 to handle emergencies related to the business effects of the COVID-19. We have listed the Rapid Response Team's contact information at the bottom of this post.

If You Have A Current Matter.

If you have a current matter with us, our team will be reaching out to you directly about any changes and/or updates regarding your matter in terms of meetings and court hearings. The team will be utilizing our conference call and video conferencing platforms to conduct meetings and will share that information with you as needed. We are 100% still available - actively working on current matters and accepting new matters.

Preparing Your Business.

We want to encourage our clients and friends to take proactive measures now to not only keep your team, customers, and family safe, but to also stay ahead of the business impacts that this virus is expected to bring.
