Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Nick Montague has joined their Omaha, Nebraska law firm team.

Montague provides personalized estate planning to individuals and families throughout the Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri region. As an Omaha attorney for Goosmann Trust Law Counsel, a boutique estate and business succession planning department within the full-service law firm, Montague assists clients with developing the peace of mind to know that their assets and family members will be taken care of when they are gone. He focuses on helping individuals and families plan for the unexpected and the inevitable through holistic estate planning approaches. Montague has experience in all aspects of estate planning, including the use of revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.

Montague says, “My estate planning career started with a hug. My very first client had an incredible effect on me and I began to approach estate planning in a whole new manner. I realized that estate planning is more about relationships and telling your story than it is about documents. We all have a story to tell and a legacy to leave. I am thrilled to be a part of the growing Goosmann team in Omaha and look forward to creating legacies for clients that have a lasting impression on what’s worth it to them.”

Originally from Arkansas, Montague received his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas and Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri.
