Sioux City Divorce Attorney Secures Favorable Child Support Ruling

48630133_s.jpgSioux City Divorce and Family Law Attorney Chris Barondeau recently completed a trial regarding the establishment of custody, visitation, and support. Through trial, Barondeau was able to deliver on several key items for his client. More specifically, Barondeau was able to secure an award of shared physical care, thus providing for a 50/50 split of parenting time between the Parties. Additionally, Barondeau argued that the Court should impute income to the other party as a result of a voluntary reduction in earnings. The Court ultimately sided with Barondeau’s position, resulting in a significantly higher child support payment for Barondeau’s client. Lastly, Barondeau was able to successfully petition the Court to award his client payment towards attorney fees.
