Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Jeff Stanley has joined the Goosmann Law Firm team as the firm’s Chief of Staff and Principal Consultant.
Stanley leads the firm’s people and growth strategies, ensuring that Goosmann attracts, engages, develops, rewards/recognizes and retains the Firm’s greatest asset, while promoting their employees to engage in a healthy work-life balance and living a life that is “worth it”. Stanley will work closely with CEO Jeana Goosmann and the Firm Executive Team to maintain and amplify the firm’s unique culture that encourages and rewards excellence, high achievement, innovation, and professional development. As a Principal Consultant, Stanley offers HR consulting to Goosmann’s CEOs, business owners, executives, and HR clients to help navigate them through people/HR challenges and strategies and drive them toward world class leadership, employee engagement and effective labor practices.
Stanley brings over thirty years of leadership and functional experience to Goosmann. He has served in multiple leadership capacities in Fortune 500 companies, such as General Electric, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Monsanto Chemical, and Ralston Purina. Stanley has extensive experience in organization capability and effectiveness, talent management, labor relations, total rewards, and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to joining Goosmann Law Firm, Stanley served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Admin/HR Officer of Wells Enterprises, Inc. in Le Mars, Iowa for nine years.

A Chicago native, Stanley received his B.S. in Organization Leadership and Production Management from Purdue University, and his MBA from Indiana University. He is a community leader and actively involved in serving on boards and committees for local non-profits, including the UnityPoint Health - St. Luke’s Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Iowa Business Council, American Heart Association, Le Mars Business Initiative Corporation, PlyWood Trail Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
