Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and talented individual with experience and a professional demeanor to join the Goosmann Law Firm team for a full time Client Relations Administrator position to start immediately. Qualified candidate(s) must have quick, proficient, detail oriented experience with Microsoft Office Professional including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe. Must be a self starter and have the ability to work independently. Requirements include excellent grammar, punctuation, organization, and communication skills. Must also have strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to keep up with the fast paced/deadline oriented environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to management of all aspects of client relations and client development, call center, vendors, secretarial services, marketing, procurement, Firm website and social networking.
