Lederman joins the firm as the Executive Director. “I’m proud to join the Goosmann Law Firm team and look forward to expanding our reach in South Dakota,” says [Lederman](http://www.goosmannlaw.com/strategy/non-attorney-staff/). As Executive Director, Lederman’s efforts will include growing the firm’s services throughout the state of South Dakota, with a focus primarily on Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Lederman will be working at all three of the firm’s locations in Sioux City, Iowa; Dakota Dunes, South Dakota; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. [Goosmann](http://www.goosmannlaw.com/attorneys/jeana-l-goosmann/) says, “Dan is a great leader in everything he does, I am happy to have him as part of our team.” In addition to his duties at the firm, Lederman is a long-time business owner of [Lederman Bail Bonds](http://www.ledermanbondingcompany.com/LBBHome.aspx) as well as representing District 16 as a [South Dakota State Senator](http://legis.sd.gov/Legislators/Legislators/MemberDetail.aspx?Member=452&Session=2014). While representing South Dakota, Lederman currently serves as the [Assistant Majority Leader](http://legis.sd.gov/Legislators/Legislators/MemberDetail.aspx?Member=452&Session=2014) of the State Senate.
