Goosmann_Trust_logo_4C_vertOctober 18, 2013. Goosmann Law’s Trust Law Counsel Attorney Breandan Donahue has recently joined the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Real Property Trust and Estate Planning section and the Iowa Bar Association’s (ISBA) Probate, Trust and Estate Planning section and Taxation section. Sections in both the ABA and the ISBA are geared toward ensuring that legal professionals stay informed and take pride in their professions, as well as have access to the most advanced information.

Also, Trust Law Counsel Paralegal Monica Colella recently completed the WealthCounsel CEPA (Certified Estate Planning Assistant) program. This program is designed to support the ongoing training and development of professionals in the estate planning area. Not only does this benefit the individual enrolled in the program, it contributes to the overall development of the estate planning team. Goosmann Law’s Trust Law Counsel department is a boutique estate planning department with the resources of a full-service law firm. Congratulations, Breandan and Monica!
