Jeana Goosmann, CEO and Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 34th Annual Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute Professional Development Workshop in Kansas City, Missouri on October 16th -17th.
Goosmann will speak on a panel, with two other attorneys and U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Hon. Cynthia A. Norton. Goosmann will be speaking about “Pitfalls and Ethical Dilemmas of a Solo Practice or Small Firm” including topics on paperless offices, trust funds and accounting, managing workflow, and the implications on the office in the event of a natural disaster. The conference will also be covering additional topics such as common mistakes made in consumer practice and representing creditors in case filing centers of New York and Delaware.
