Goosmann will speak on a panel, with two other attorneys and U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Hon. Cynthia A. Norton. Goosmann will be speaking about “Pitfalls and Ethical Dilemmas of a Solo Practice or Small Firm” including topics on paperless offices, trust funds and accounting, managing workflow, and the implications on the office in the event of a natural disaster. The conference will also be covering additional topics such as common mistakes made in consumer practice and representing creditors in case filing centers of New York and Delaware. “I am looking forward to speaking at this fantastic ABI event and honored to be included as a speaker with nationally renowned attorneys and judges from across the country. It is a wonderful opportunity for attorneys to learn about new innovations and best practices,” says Goosmann.
