Attorney Anthony Osborn was recently appointed to the Iowa State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Council. Section appointments are for a three-year term appointed by the President-Elect of the State Bar Association. The Construction Law Section of the State Bar Association is comprised of attorneys who have an interest in construction law and related areas. Among other things, the Section monitors developments in the construction industry; informs members of actual or necessary legislative and regulatory changes in the construction arena; and conducts continuing professional education events.
