ANTHONY OSBORN NAMED MEMBER

The Goosmann Law Firm, P.L.C. is pleased to announce that attorney Anthony Osborn, a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Rated Attorney, has been named a member of the firm. Osborn is a trial attorney focusing on business law and construction law. He handles all aspects of business litigation and also acts as general counsel to firms and professionals in the construction industry and to other business entities.

Osborn obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2001. He joined the Goosmann Law Firm, P.L.C. in January 2010. Prior to joining the Goosmann Law Firm, Osborn gained experience as an attorney at two national law firms. Osborn is admitted to practice in the Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and California state courts, federal courts throughout Iowa, South Dakota, California and Colorado, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Osborn is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Council and is an editor for the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry. In addition, he is a member of the Woodbury County Bar Association’s Courts Committee. Recognizing the importance of community involvement and enhancement, Osborn is Vice President of the Sioux City Symphony Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland.
