Qualified candidate(s) must have exceptional customer service attitude and superior professionalism. Must be quick, proficient, detail oriented, and be experienced with Microsoft Office and have computer skills. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. Requirements include organization, multi-tasking, ability to juggle lots of responsibilities, ability to assist team members locally as well as remotely, and great communication skills. Must also have strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to keep up with the fast paced/deadline oriented environment. Ideal candidates will be connected, deliberate, responsible, focused, and disciplined.
Responsibilities include answering the telephone, placing phone calls, being an excellent first impression of the firm, data input and data management, welcome clients, set up meetings, firm organization, mail, making reservations, calendaring, coordinating team members, assisting Estate Planning department with client funding, organization of documents and files, electronic organization, filing, vendor relations, errands, event planning and follow up, contact management, database management, drafting correspondence, special events coordination, new matter intake, new matter file opening, finalizing and filing legal documents, declined case correspondence, social media, long distance assistance, travel planning, presentation preparation and materials, webinar preparation and follow up, and whatever else is needed to help the firm with a pro-active positive can do attitude.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday. Hourly pay ranges $12.00-$14.00.
