Quest Diagnostics released its Quest Drug Testing Index on September 11, 2014. The data showed a rise in marijuana use for the first time since 2003. The two states leading the rise were, unsurprisingly, Colorado (20% increase) and Washington (23% increase), where recreational marijuana is legal.
