Hope Feiner joins our team as a Real Estate Closing Agent helping clients make their entire real estate closing process smooth and seamless.

From start to finish she is there to make clients 120% happy and fulfilled with their new real estate venture!

Hope joins the firm with 9 years of experience in real estate from being a business owner to developing a subdivision, investment properties, and home builds. Hope holds an active associate real estate brokers license in Iowa and South Dakota. Alongside her depth of real estate knowledge she also has a wealth of understanding in finance and banking having worked in compliance and lending. Hope’s strong background in real estate and banking gives her ability to comprehensively work with realtors, mortgage lenders, buyers, and sellers. She helps all parties work together in harmony to create a fast and efficient experience for all.

Hope loves real estate because it’s an ever-changing industry that keeps her on her toes as the market continues to shift. Her strengths shine as an optimist, meticulous and organized learner and deep thinker.

Hope’s a raised farm girl from Climbing Hill, Iowa. She jokes that she has carried many “5-gallon buckets” in her days at the farm. For the past 10+ years Hope has lived in Arkansas. She is thrilled to be back home in Siouxland close to family and friends.

A fun fact about Hope that goes to no surprise fitting her profession – she LOVES reading abstracts. Hope says, “I find it fascinating and amusing to look back through the history of property and how it develops and grows.”
