Victory Before 8th Circuit Court of Appeals

Anthony Osborn, managing partner of the firm's Sioux City and Sioux Falls offices, recently argued before the 8^th Circuit Court of Appeals, representing a national pet supply chain.

The lawsuit was filed by a truck driver who allegedly sustained significant injuries while unloading a pallet of dog food onto a scissor lift which, he claimed, malfunctioned. The 8^th Circuit ruled in favor of the national pet supply chain, and upheld the federal district court’s dismissal of the lawsuit.
