On June 10, 2014. The Nebraska Supreme Court denied without comment the Petition To Adopt Uniform Parenting Time Guidelines. The Petitioner was the Nebraska Child Welfare Committee and the Petition was signed by 5 individual lawyers, two state senators and the Executive Director of the Children’s Rights Council of Nebraska and Iowa. Because of this action, there is nothing pending in the Supreme court on the subject of Parenting Time guidelines.
