Christie Finnegan, Executive Director of Estate Planning, is Chair of United Way’s 16th Annual Women’s Power Lunch on April 27th, 2016, with featured guest speaker Delilah, the “Oprah of Radio”. The event benefits funds to support single parent scholarships.
"The power lunch is so important because the cause is for single parent scholarships so it is all about improving lives and giving people a better chance at their future. Having the opportunity where they can apply for scholarships to continue their education, make them and their family lives better...we are so proud to be a part of this cause," said 16th Annual Women's Power Lunch Chair and Executive Director of Estate Planning, Christie Finnegan.
Those attending will learn more about Delilah's personal story and how she's a single mother of 13 children. The Women's Power Lunch chair, Finnegan, says Delilah's message message is all about never giving up.
