1. **Grew from a team of 15 to 40! We more than doubled! **

4. **Purchased & renovated the "501 Building" on 501 Douglas in downtown Sioux City so we could all get together - after all we doubled our team!** The building is most recently known as the buffalo building. 5. **Invested in cutting-edge technology.** We purchased computers, VOIP phone system, went up to the "cloud", and updated/increased our company software. 
6. **We launched Goosmann University** - a comprehensive development initiative to increase capability and effectiveness of our people across disciplines and practice areas.
