Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Joshua A. Clark has joined the firm at their Sioux Falls, South Dakota location. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, business contracts and LLCs.

For nine years, Clark has provided legal services to hundreds of companies, such as start-up companies, private equity companies, small local companies, and large Fortune 25 companies, on all sorts of corporate and business issues. He has represented dozens of businesses in sales, acquisitions, and mergers with values ranging from fifty thousand to 1.2 billion dollars.

Clark received his Juris Doctor from University of Virginia School of Law, his Master’s degree from University of South Dakota, and his Bachelor’s degree from University of Sioux Falls. He is also currently a professor of history at University if Sioux Falls. Clark is licensed to practice in South Dakota.
