Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Elle Onisciuc has joined the firm at their Sioux Falls, South Dakota location. Her areas of practice include Civil Litigation and Family Law.
Elle received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2020 where she followed graduation with a yearlong clerkship at the South Dakota Supreme Court.
Some of her accomplishments include serving as the Production Editor on the South Dakota Law Review and publishing her comment on Forced Catheterization: A Method of Substance Testing that “Shocks the Conscience” Should be Disallowed in its Entirety, receiving Harvey C. Jewett IV Writing Award for writing a case note onto the South Dakota Law Review, becoming a runner-up in the annual Sam Masten Moot Court Tournament, and competing in UCLA Cyber Crimes Moot Court Tournament.
Elle is licensed to practice in South Dakota.
