In an effort to help renew and revitalize downtown Sioux City, [Ho-Chunk](http://www.hochunkinc.com/), a corporation owned by the [Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska](http://www.winnebagotribe.com/) has announced their plans to develop a casino and hotel complex.
