June 6, 2012. The Goosmann Law Firm congratulates Sabre Industries, Inc. for the closing of the Southbridge Business Park deal, an $18 million expansion located on the southern edge of Sioux City. Sabre Industries, Inc. will develop 150 acres of land in the Southbridge Business Park, and has negotiated beneficial government incentives. Sabre Industries, Inc. will construct a new industrial seven-building campus with manufacturing, offices and outdoor storage. Sabre Industries, Inc. will create an additional 192 full-time jobs, doubling the company's workforce in Sioux City. Sioux City beat out numerous cities and states for this project, which is a significant investment in the Sioux City community.
