Simpson received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, his Master’s in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Science from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.  Prior to practicing law, Simpson was a biologist in Kearney, NE.
