They ensure the organization is aligned with the firm’s core values.  This person is great at special projects, operates on **logic**, and can deal with high stress, pressure and difficulties with ease. They see value in creating the infrastructure for accountability across the firm; and are comfortable putting this in place.  They embrace and enjoy the role of providing leadership, management, and accountability for the leadership team. They are **accountable** for profit and loss, and responsible for the overall **business plan** for the firm.    **ABOUT THE JOB (RESPONSIBILITIES)** The responsibilities of the Integrator include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Implement the CEO’s vision to achieve firm goals 2. Lead and coach firm leaders 3. Drive extensive, sustainable growth and profits 4. Design and implement diverse business strategies, plans and procedures 5. Hold team members accountable 6. Create systems and processes that are repeatable to drive efficiency and increase margin 7. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics 8. Communicate across the firm 9. Set priorities for and integrate all functions of the firm 10. Manage special projects 11. Quickly identify and articulate problems, bottlenecks, disconnects, roadblocks and barriers   **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** **Required** - 4-Year Degree - Proven experience as COO or similar role - Excellent at managing teams - Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time regionally and occasionally nationally - Proven track record of profitability  - Superior Professionalism - Positivity   **Preferred** - Based in Sioux City, Iowa -
