The Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a paralegal to join our high energy firm and work with our attorneys to provide strategic legal advice to our industry leader clientele and be a part of our growing law firm with our office in Sioux City, Iowa. Candidates with a legal background, business mindset, and litigation experience are preferred. We will train you. We partner with our clients to anticipate their legal needs in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment that encourages and rewards excellence, high achievement, innovation, and professional development.
Qualification requirements include either a four-year degree or paralegal certificate. Qualified candidate(s) must have exceptional customer service attitude and superior professionalism. Must be quick, proficient, detail oriented, and be experienced with Microsoft Office and have computer skills. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. Requirements include organization, multi-tasking, ability to juggle lots of responsibilities, ability to assist team members locally as well as remotely, and great communication skills. Must also have strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to keep up with the fast paced/deadline oriented environment. Ideal candidates will be an achiever, analytical, disciplined, an active learner, and strategic.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday. Competitive pay.
