Attorney Lindsey Buchheit will attend the NCLE Estate Planning Institute July 1-3 in Estes Park, Colorado. The seminar is hosted by the Nebraska Bar Association as part of its continuing legal education programming. The programming seeks to further the legal education and study of attorneys across the state of Nebraska and surrounding areas. The institute will feature a number of distinguished speakers presenting on a variety of estate topics and issues including partnerships, taxes, retirement accounts, appellate advocacy and more.
