Jeana Goosmann, CEO and Managing Partner of Goosmann Law Firm, will speak on a panel at the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting for the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF). The discussion is titled “Leading Your Legal Team: How To Be A Leader Who Gets The Best Results”. Margolin, Former Senior Vice President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Wabash National Corporation; and Marcos (“Mark”) Tarango, Co-Founding Partner of DTO Law.
During the session, the panel will discuss strong and smart leadership techniques from lawyers who have learned how to build their lives, businesses, and team around having the right mentality, culture, strategy, and skills to energize and coach their people to deliver quality work with the best results. They will instruct how to awaken your inner leader and be ready to feel pumped up to get your team performing. After the session participants with takeaway practical tools and unique methods they will use each day as they develop into a stronger leader and lawyer.
