The Argus Leader posted this (article since removed) article about Dallas-based oil and gas company Hyperion Refining, LLC. The Hyperion Energy Center, which would be based in Union County, South Dakota, has been tied up in court for nearly five years. Attorney [Jeana Goosmann](http://www.goosmannlaw.com/attorneys/jeana-l-goosmann/) is a Citizens for Hyperion spokesperson.
