Attorney Anthony Osborn recently settled an insurance coverage and insurance bad faith lawsuit stemming from a substantial fire that occurred at a vacation/rental home owned by Goosmann Law's client.  In the lawsuit, Goosmann Law's client claimed the insurance company failed to honor its obligations owing under the insurance policy purchased by the insured.  The case was resolved at mediation.
