Goosmann Law Firm Team to Attend and Present at New York City National Conference

The Goosmann Law Firm team will be attending the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Annual Meeting in New York City, New York on September 17^th-20^th.

Expanding on their values of big city style with hometown service and cutting-edge legal advice, Goosmann will be sending 15 team members to the national conference to bring back the latest legal insights to implement in the firm’s best practices for clients and staff.

Goosmann team members will be joining 800 other attendees from law firms and fortune 500 companies from across the nation. Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, will be going to New York City along with Attorneys Anthony Osborn, Emilee Boyle Gehling, Marie H. Ruettgers, Chris Barondeau, Cesar Juarez, Elizabeth M. Lally, Maurice R. Johnson, and Joel Carney. Also joining them are Executive Directors Christie Finnegan and Josh White, Chief of Staff and Principal Consultant Jeff Stanley, Law Firm Administrator Kris Craighead, Director of People Development and Client Relations Craig Berenstein, and Marketing Director Rachel Thompson.

Emilee Boyle Gehling will be presenting on the panel “How to Manage a PR Scandal Better Than Olivia Pope”. Gehling will be joining 3 other law firm and in-house counsel attorneys to talk about how a legal team can manage and avoid PR nightmares for their companies and clients.

This will be the third year members of the Goosmann firm have attended the national event.  In 2015, Goosmann Law Firm officially became a member of the NAMWOLF organization and one of the few law firms in the organization to be licensed in the states of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
