Jeana Goosmann, CEO and Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm - a business law firm that focuses on “big city” style with hometown service - announces its recent expansion to Fargo, North Dakota. The firm expanded to Fargo in June 2016 as the firm’s fourth location following the opening of their Spencer, Iowa office in May 2015 and Sioux Falls office in 2013. This is the firm’s first office in the state as they expand their legal services to North Dakota up the I-29 corridor.

Along with the new expansion, the firm welcomes Fargo attorney Sarah Barry Nupdal. Nupdal, a Fargo native, helps business owners, professionals, and farmers protect their assets and preserve their wealth by ensuring they have a comprehensive estate plan in place. She also advises business owners, health care professionals, and executives on achieving their goals.

Nupdal received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from the University of North Dakota and received her Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from UND School of Law. Nupdal clerked for the Honorable Judge Daniel L. Hovland of the United States District Court and then served as in house legal counsel to Sanford in Bismarck, North Dakota before joining the firm. She is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota’s Young Lawyers Section and the Prairie Family Business Association. She and the firm are members of WealthCounsel, the nation’s premier community of estate planning law firms, attorneys and other estate planning professionals.
