The most recent edition of The Dispute Resolver addresses various factors which should be evaluated when preparing to mediate a construction dispute, including issues related to determining a defendant’s potential exposure. It also provides updates in construction law, including recent case law in Illinois which addresses a construction manager’s duty (or lack thereof) owing to a subcontractor’s employee who is injured on a job site.
