CLIENT UPDATE: JN Medical Corporation of Omaha, NB has filed a Petition for Relief pursuant to Ch. 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska, case no. 17-80174-TLS. The initial filing lists $1M to $10M of assets and $1M to $10M of estimated liabilities. The Initial Meeting of Creditors is currently noticed for Meeting of Creditors 341(a) meeting to be held on 3/22/2017 at 10:30 AM at Omaha's 341 Meeting Room. Proofs of Claims due by 6/20/2017.
