Leuning brings twenty years of legal experience to his health law clients and helps doctors and physician groups take home more of their money by navigating their way through the health care regulations. “We are very pleased to have Scott onboard as an experienced attorney helping our health law clients. His addition continues our ongoing trend of growth as we expand our presence in South Dakota. Scott’s health law focus will help us continue to emphasize the health care industry that is so integral to the City of Sioux Falls. Health law and cyber law are the main focus of our practice in Sioux Falls and I have high expectations for where we can take the firm with attorneys like Scott on our team,” says Ruettgers. Leuning understands that health law is going through significant change and approaches his clients’ business from a strong educational background as well as a wealth of real-world experience. As part of his continuing education, Leuning is completing his postgraduate Masters of Law in Health Law Compliance at the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy at [Loyola University Chicago School of Law](http://www.luc.edu/law/). Leuning is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. Leuning says, “The Goosmann team is an experienced group of business minded attorneys.
