Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Brent W. Warren has joined their team at their Sioux City, Iowa law firm location.

Warren helps clients facilitate a deal when they want to take the first step to follow their passion, when they need help expanding and growing their business, or when they’ve reached their business goals and it’s time for their company to move onto the next phase. Warren focuses his practice on business law, commercial law, contracts, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and transactional law.

Warren, originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, received his undergraduate degree at Azusa Pacific University and Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law where he was a Dean’s List Scholar, Team Marketing & Sales Member, and a Moot Court Finalist.  He is licensed to practice in Iowa.
