Attorney Anthony Osborn attended the ABA Construction Law Seminar in Austin, Texas on April 21-24, 2010. The seminar covered many subject matters, including the financing of construction projects, negotiation of critical contract provisions, resolution of contract disputes, collection issues, contractor remedies, and insurance coverage issues which typically arise in the construction industry.
