Goosmann's Sioux City law firm is under construction
Yep, you've heard it right. We're moving on up! To the second floor of the Goosmann Law Firm's Historic Lerch Building to be exact. We can't contain our excitement for this massive project of renovating a space that holds with it so much history of the Siouxland community.
Currently the Sioux City firm operates on the First Floor of the the Historic Lerch Building in our downtown Sioux City location, as well as a location in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota in the beautiful CNA building on South Reid Street, and Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.
To state the obvious, we've grown out of our space on the Lerch's First Floor and have made some adjustments during the construction phase.
If you walk in the front doors of the Sioux City firm, you'll notice something strange to your right... there's no front desk. Where did the front desk go? Aimee Burnett, Client Services Manager, who gives you a warm greeting as you walk through our front doors has relocated to our large conference room along with Law Firm Administrator, Kris Craighead, and Executive Director of Estate Planning Christie Finnegan. When you walk through our front doors, don't be alarmed, just take a few steps forward and you'll find not one, but THREE people to give you a warm greeting, hot cup of coffee, and assist you with anything you may need. Different work space, same caring team.
This is what we call "GLF Co-working".
Several other Attorney's at Goosmann's Sioux City law firm have rearranged and changed offices as theirs are being used for construction purposes.
The GLF team would like to thank everyone for being patient and understanding throughout the construction phase. We are the same team here to assist you, it just may be a little noisier and... cozier? But, the end result will be fantastic.
