Ever thought about why geese fly in the V-formation? Why be a team compared to a lone wolf? At Goosmann Law Firm, we are a team based firm and we use our strengths to work as a team. We are a flock that flies together.

While I lead the team, other team leaders frequently step into the lead role. This allows me to serve my clients, have a family, take a vacation and keep the flock flying forward at the same time. When one of our members needs help, we rally. As a lone wolf you may get all the upside, but you also shoulder all of the burden without a strong flock to support you. A goose flying solo experiences more drag and resistance and will tire out more quickly. Our team has core values and rules that allow us all to keep flying in formation. For example, we have a no drama policy. If a member gets out of line, we warn them and coach them, but eventually they may need to leave the flock. Being part of the flock requires us to communicate regularly. The number one advantage of the flock flying together is it creates uplift. Together we fly faster, are stronger and will go further. People that truly understand this philosophy will always look to be part of a strong team rather than fly solo. At Goosmann Law Firm we are soaring!
