The Young Women of Excellence category honors excellence in a woman between the ages of 22 and 40 years, because she is determined to reach an ambitious or unconventional goal. She is focused and confident. She displays integrity and determination, especially when her aspirations are challenged by today's society. As founder of a unique law firm, the Goosmann Law Firm, Jeana is a working mother who has achieved a sense of life balance and continual success.
