Associate Attorney Lindsey Buchheit joined the following American Bar Association (ABA) Committees: Business Investment Entities, Partnerships, Llc's, and Corporations; Business Planning Group; Charitable Planning; Commercial Real Estate Transactions Group; Estate Planning; Administration for Business Owners, Farmers, and Ranchers; and Probate & Fiduciary Litigation. Lindsey has also joined the American Bankruptcy Institute's Consumer Bankruptcy Committee.
