Anthony OsbornAnthony Osborn will be speaking at the April 2014 annual meeting of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section in Scottsdale, Arizona. Osborn will speak on a 4-person panel which includes a South Carolina federal court judge, a Phoenix-based attorney and law professor, and a private consultant who assists attorneys and law firms around the country with law office practice management.

The presentation will focus on issues related to email and electronic discovery, including issues such as (1) how to effectively manage email; (2) best practice solutions (including software) to reduce or eliminate common email concerns; (3) ethical issues surrounding email usage; (4) pre-trial discovery, including discovery of electronically-stored information; and (5) trial evidence.
