Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Meghann Joyce has joined the law firm at their Sioux Falls, South Dakota location. Joyce is a complex litigator and your strategic advantage during HR problems, construction disputes, and appeals.

With several years of legal experience, Joyce has brought and defended several appeals to the South Dakota Supreme Court and has worked with solo and small law firms as they navigate an appeal to the South Dakota Supreme Court. Along with defending appeals, Joyce lifts the weight off the shoulders of overworked business owners, company executives, and human resource professionals who need strategic solutions to their legal problems.

Joyce received both her Juris Doctor and undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota where she was a Sterling Honor Graduate and a two-time NCAA Division II Track & Field All-American. Joyce focuses her legal practice on litigation and trial law, employment, construction, and appellate law. She is licensed to practice in South Dakota and Minnesota.

Joyce says, “I am happy to be joining the Goosmann team on their ‘rocket ship’ in Sioux Falls as they continue to grow here as well as their other markets of Sioux City and Omaha.  I love the law and there is nothing more satisfying than obtaining a positive result for a client.”
