Ideal candidates are top performers with at least four years of relevant experience in the areas of banking and finance and related litigation. Additional experience with commercial bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring and related litigation is a plus. Banking lawyers with the firm are responsible for performing legal services related to commercial lending, security issues, pre/post foreclosure sales, and negotiating complex financial lending transactions. Candidates must possess outstanding oral and written skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to excel.
